EssentialPIM functions as a scheduler, contact manager, and outliner. Data can be imported from Outlook, TreePad, Google calendar etc., and exported to HTML, vCard, iCal, RTF, CSV and text. All data can be securely protected with 128-bit encryption.

Total Text Container is a personal information manager that lets you to store all kinds of different content within a single encrypted XML database, including rich text, images, spreadsheets, URLs/passwords, contacts, calender events, catalogs, files etc. Each item in the database is capable of supporting a mashup of content types, so you can store and view all related information on the same page easily.

Total Organizer is a personal information manager that stores all your contacts, tasks, notes, and todo items. You can classify the items under a hierarchical tree structure, but each item (be it a contact, task, note or todo) may belong to more than one category.

XnView is an image viewer and converter that supports more than 400 graphics format. It has tons of options you can tweak. My favorite is to enable caching so that thumbnails are cached in a temp folder of my choice (unlike some image viewers that insist on writing the cache file to every image folder that you access).

In addition, XnView supports batch processing, so you can resize a whole folder of images with a click of the mouse, or apply various other funky filters. This feature is extremely powerful, since you can chain multiple filters in one operation (eg. soften, then resize, then add frame etc.) Oh, and did I mention, XnView is able to use Photoshop's 8bf plugins!

Recuva (pronounced "recover") helps recover files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer. This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players.

CrystalDiskInfo monitors HDD/SSD health status and temperature, and does all the usual monitoring/graphing of S.M.A.R.T. information. It also tells you how many times the hard disk has been turned on and how many hours. Interesting if you swear blind that you don't use you PC that much!

ReNamer is a small and flexible file renaming tool that offers all the standard renaming procedures, including prefixes, suffixes, replacements, case changes. It can also remove brackets, add number sequences, remove digits or symbols, change file extensions and much more. Multiple renaming actions can be combined into a rule set. In addition, ReNamer supports meta tags such as ID3v1, ID3v2, EXIF, OLE etc.

Auslogics Disk Defrag is designed for fast defragmentation of your hard disks. It provides nice visualization of the defragmentation process, as well as detailed fragmentation report.

PhotoFiltre is a complete image editing/retouching program. It allows you to perform both simple and advanced adjustments to an image, as well as apply a vast range of effects and filters.

Activepixels is a neat full-featured photo editor. Interesting auto enhance options (including shadow/hilight recovery), many filters, correction and denoise settings.
