Defraggler is a defragmentation tool that works on files, folders or the entire disk drive. After analysis, Defraggler lists all the fragmented files on the drive, as well as their locations on the disk. You can then choose to select individual files to defragment.

PeaZip is an archiver tool. It supports its native PEA archive format that features splitting, flexible encryption and integrity check schemes. It also supports most mainstream archive formats, including 7ZIP, ACE (read), BZIP2, CAB, GZIP, MSI (extr.), RAR (extr.), TAR, UPX, ZIP etc.

WinMerge is a visual text file differencing and merging tool. It can be used to determined what has changed between project versions, and then merging changes between versions. It comes with a built-in editor with syntax highlighting, line numbers and word-wrap, and handles DOS, UNIX and MAC text file formats. X-WinMerge is a portable wrapper for WinMerge.

R is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics. It provides a wide variety of statistical (linear and nonlinear modeling, classical statistical tests, time-series analysis, classification, clustering etc.) and graphical techniques, and is highly extensible through the use of packages.

dirhtml creates index.html files that lists the files in a folder (and subfolders), optionally including your own HTML code at any point in the generated files.

VLC is a media player that supports a large number of multimedia formats. It functions independently of the system codecs, so this is the tool for you if you are tired of spending hours messing around with codecs simply to play a video file your friend sent you. It can also be used as a streaming server for delivering video in unicast or multicast mode.

OpenWithView is a small utility that displays the list of all available applications in the 'Open With' dialog-box of Windows, and allows you to easily disable/enable the applications in the list.

This utility works under Windows XP, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows Vista. In earlier versions of Windows, OpenWithView will display the list of 'Open With' window entries, but disable/enable feature won't work.
