我從朋友的 email 收到這個笑話，有可能大家都看過，但我覺得非常有趣，多看一次也無妨吧。

I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Eric, the 11 year old next door, whose bedroom looks like Mission Control and asked him to come over. Eric clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.

As he was walking away, I called after him, 'So, what was wrong? He replied, "It was an ID ten T error."

I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, "An, ID ten T error? What's that? In case I need to fix it again."

Eric grinned.... "Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?"

"No," I replied. "Write it down," he said, "and I think you'll figure it out."

So I wrote down: I D 1 0 T

有朋友談起他做 helpdesk 時也發生很多 ID ten T 問題，很多人現在也覺得電腦不是一個易用的機器，我自己亦曾經做過 system support / helpdesk 的工作，對這類問題也屢見不鮮，不過最經典可算是我一個前同事遇過的「F5 事件」。

話說那前同事支援的系統其中一個功能是需要按 <F5> 鍵的，用家對他說按了但沒有反應，他心知這個系統已經運行多年，非常穩定，斷不會有這個問題出現，他便再嚐試找出問題所在。

前同事問：「你是否有按 <F5> 鍵？」

用家答：「我當然有吧，否則我找 helpdesk 問幹嘛。」

「那你是按那個 <F5> 鍵呢？」前同事問。

「當然是 F5 吧」用家答。

前同事（滴著汗）問：「是按完 "F" 再按 "5"？」

「全對。」用家答。

前同事：「.......」

這個 CCTV 報導實在是令我大開眼界，不過想深一層，根本是一貫自家角度式報導事物，實在不足為奇。

Due to the usage of new FormUI and comply to the new standard of configuration name, please make sure you are using Habari SVN r1948 or later and configure the plugin again. You can grab the updated version from the original post.
