自诞生以来，Apple 的 MobileMe 就没有消停过，问题不断。上个月，Apple 针对 MobileMe 服务故障致歉用户，并且免费延长服务期限 30 天之后，问题依然没有解决，甚至愈演愈烈了。为此，Apple 一边在加紧处理问题的同时，再度公告用户，将免费延长 MobileMe 服务期限 60 天。
如果加上之前误收费问题而免费赔偿延长的 30 天，不少用户应该足足可以被延长了 4 个月免费服务器。此次延期收益对象包括美国西部时间 8 月 19 日 0 点开始所有 MobileMe 注册用户，在此时刻处于试用期的用户其免费试用期也将自动延长。 继续.

美国联邦巡回上诉法院裁决说，开放源代码的免费软件如果遭到不恰当使用，软件出版商可以状告使用者侵犯知识产权。
美联社报道，这一裁定来自一开放源代码软件组织负责人罗伯特·雅各布森状告 KAM 公司的案件。雅各布森认为 KAM 公司设计的模型火车控制芯片侵犯其知识产权、非法使用自己开发的免费软件。
联邦巡回上诉法院说："开放源代码的免费软件虽不涉及金钱交易，但并不意味着其中不含经济因素。"
软件使用者先前对如何恰当使用免费软件认识不清，侵权现象层出不穷。一些用户把免费软件的源代码编入自己的程序以开发盈利性产品，却不注明免费软件的出版商。最新判决有助于澄清这块"灰色地带"。使用者必须标明所用软件的出版商以及自己所作修改，同时将自己修改后的软件源代码免费提供给他人使用。 继续.
